About Your Hiring Partners
Your Hiring Partners is a hiring toolkit for small and mid-size businesses that hire remote and offshore staff. It answers the first question every owner asks, "what will this hire cost?", with sourced numbers, and then gives you the templates to hire well.
Who owns this site
Your Hiring Partners is published by Outsourcing Insider, which covers the outsourcing and remote-staffing industry. Outsourcing Insider is a VA MASTERS company, owned by VA MASTERS, a managed remote-staffing agency. We say it up front because VA MASTERS sells one of the options the calculator compares: hiring through an agency.
How VA MASTERS appears here
- VA MASTERS' published rates are used as the agency example in the calculator and on the role pages, because they're public. Each time, a line right above says who we are, and VA MASTERS carries a "Parent company" label.
- You can replace the example with any agency's quote in the calculator. We don't rank or review agencies on this site.
- Pay figures for each country come from government statistics, job boards and salary surveys, never from VA MASTERS or any other staffing company.
- The calculator shows hiring directly as the cheaper option per hour when the numbers say so. We don't adjust numbers to make any option look better.
About the name
From about 2018 to 2021, this domain belonged to a small US recruiting firm that was also called Your Hiring Partners. That firm has no connection to this site, to Outsourcing Insider or to VA MASTERS. Today's Your Hiring Partners is a new publication that started in October 2026, and it doesn't claim that firm's history, clients or reviews.
Why we built it
Most "cost to hire" pages online are written by companies selling the answer, and they rarely show where their numbers come from. We wanted one place where the pay figures are public, dated and checkable, the math is visible line by line, and the templates are free to take.
