We conduct a one-hour virtual meeting to collect details about your people and processes, as well as the specifics for the job you are hiring for. Learning about your company and department culture is vital to finding the perfect candidates. We also offer an extensive 360° on-site evaluation.
3. Customized Proposal
We provide you with a custom proposal based on the information gathered during your consultation and evaluation. This proposal will outline our process and costs.
4. Ad Development & Placement
We work with you to develop an effective ad for the position. The ad will be placed across multiple job listing websites to attract qualified candidates.
5. Candidate Vetting
We receive resumes from candidates, process them through our proprietary grading system, and follow-up with promising candidates. We then conduct a series of interviews to determine which candidates best fit the position and your company culture.
6. New Hire Recommendations
We provide you with the six most highly qualified candidates for you to consider. All recommended candidates come with our New Hire Guarantee.

Hiring and on-boarding a new employee is a major financial investment. However, life happens and sometimes employees leave or need to be let go. We reduce your financial risk by guaranteeing our recommended new hires and your hiring investment with our Tier Replacement Program.

If your new C-level employee leaves or is let go within the time frame listed above due to performance issues or of their own volition, we’ll find a replacement at the discounted cost listed above. For example, if your C-level employee leaves within the first 3 months of employment, we will find a replacement at no additional cost. If your candidate leaves within the fourth month of employment we will replace the candidate and apply a 75% discount. After 12 months, the standard rates apply. For all other hires, we will negotiate a customized, mutually-agreed upon and industry-competitive Tier Replacement Program.
